Proctor Creek and Utoy Creek get most of the watershed attention in this city's conservation conversation, largely because their pollution problems are more visible and their advocacy history runs deeper. Nancy Creek is just as significant hydrologically, draining a much wealthier and more built-out stretch of north Atlanta, but it rarely gets discussed as a single connected system at all.
